The web access for CCUBS Provider Payment information is not yet available for public use.
To prepare to use this site for on line billing and checking the status of payments, please contact your local child care resource and referral (CCR&R) agency.
You will need to provide a direct deposit authorization form (available from your bank) to the CCR&R and let them know how often you want to bill on line. You will have a choice of one time per month (after the end of the billing month) or two times (after the 14th and after the last day of the month). The CCR&R will set this up in CCUBS, so you must contact them prior to using this site.
The first time you enter the site, you will select the How to Access this Site link. That will display some instructions and a form that you will need to print and mail to the address on the form. You will be given a user name and password. Once you have your user name and password, you will be able to bill on line for child care services.
